Will my store go offline during the project?
No. Your current store remains active while we build the new version in a separate staging environment. Once everything is tested and approved, we launch through a structured migration process designed to minimize disruption.
What do you need from us?
Typically, we need access to your store, analytics, branding assets, product information, and a primary point of contact for approvals and feedback.
Do you handle the entire process?

Migration, SEO & Technical Setup
Will I lose SEO rankings after migration?
Protecting SEO is a core part of our process. We carefully plan redirects, preserve important URLs where possible, maintain site structure, and perform pre-launch checks to reduce risk and protect existing organic traffic.
What happens if an SEO issue occurs because of the migration?
If a critical SEO issue is caused by our implementation, we’ll take responsibility for fixing it and work until the issue is resolved.

Do you connect analytics and tracking systems?

Are apps and software subscriptions included?
Third-party apps, software, themes, and external services are typically billed directly to the client. We recommend and implement the tools, but the subscriptions remain under your ownership and control.
